"I asked Kristin Ries of Top Notch Tutoring if she would use me as a reference for the service and she asked me to write this recommendation." "I signed my son Anthony up for Latin last year as a high school freshman against his wishes, but with the belief that if he could struggle through it for four years he would be a better man. He barely eked out a "D" last year and this year was verging on an "F" and constantly warring with the instructor. I was unable to find tutoring help from the school other than that offered by other high school students so I hit the web and found Top Notch. They found some seriously brilliant multi-lingual guy studying for his Ph.D. at University of Chicago and Anthony started working with him two months ago. Two weeks ago Anthony scored a perfect mark on a Latin test. It was the only perfect mark in the class. He has settled comfortably in the "C+" "B-" range and is no longer plagued by Latin. We are grateful to say the least. The added bonus is that Anthony's exposure to Tom Devaney, the tutor, has favorably influenced his performance in his other classes. The concept of scholarship is something that he no longer abhors." - Steve Crifase
